City of Baltimore - Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (MONSE)

Baltimore's Inspector General found that the SideStep program, a now-defunct juvenile offender pilot program under MONSE, improperly released confidential records and that several affiliated contractors submitted fraudulent bills costing taxpayers thousands of dollars. The fraudulent billing and data breach were referred to law enforcement.
